Bethesda’s Pete Hines has announced that the Dawnguard DLC for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim does not have a timeline for a PC and PS3 release. It is suspected that Bethesda is waiting for the exclusivity clause in its contract with Microsoft to expire before it will release the DLC on the PS3 or the PC.
Dawnguard is the first DLC for Skyrim and when it was announced last year August Microsoft said that it would reach the Xbox 360 30 days before any other platform gets it. However Bethesda’s message was a little different and gives the impression that Dawnguard will be exclusive to the Xbox 360 so PS3 and PC gamers might not get it at all.
