Gran Turismo 6 reveal around the corner

gt 6

One of SCEA marketing staff has leaked that not only is Gran Turismo 6 currently being worked on but that a reveal of the game could be around the corner *cough* E3 *cough*. The leak came in the form of details on the brand manager’s CV saying that he had worked on Grand Turismo 5 and is presently working on Grand Turismo 6.

With Grand Turismo‘s long development cycles we will most definitely see Polyphony’s next racing sim on the Playstation 4. Apparently Polophony staff members have been spotted on race tracks around the world gathering data. Grand Turismo 5 is still strongly supported by Polyphony with car and track DLC coming out regularly. Grand Turismo 5 was already close to photo-realistic in terms of their cars and tracks, to see that same attention to detail running on the power of the PS4 (whatever that looks like) will no doubt be mind blowing.

      That’s a bit optimistic, don’t you think?

I love Gran Turismo, but to buy a new console purely for one game – I don’t think so. Not going to make the same mistake again. It suck so hard that it is console only.

I hope it gives Need For speed a run for its money…they have been lacking these days and moving onto the simulation type

If this one is as fun as GT4 was, then I have no complaints.
