The PS Vita is one sexy piece of machinery but it is struggling as a result of the small number of titles that have been released. While we hope that will change after E3 there is still one game coming out this month which should have gamers excited. Resistance has been a popular series on the PS3 and also had a strong showing with its PSP release. The franchise now comes to the Vita and is looking rather tasty indeed.
Resistance: Burning Skies releases on the 30th of May 2012 and will be the first ever dual analogue controlled First Person Shooter on a portable device, as well as the first Vita game to support online party chat. Yes, I’m very keen for this after getting some hands-on time with it at Gamescom. The rear touch control works better than you might think. Throwing grenades has never been more accurate.
How does the rear panel work with nades?
Resistance Burning Sky is one of the main reasons why I’ll definitely buy a Vita in the future.
