One week is all that stands between gamers and Rockstar’s latest masterpiece Max Payne 3.The hype train is almost at full speed but to get it there Rockstar have released one final trailer. The launch trailer focuses a little less on the gun play and a little more on the emotional turmoil that Max is going through. The trailer also uses the classic violin piece that is instantly recognizable and has been used in all the previous games.
With its launch only four days away (seven for South Africa), expect reviews to slowly trickle in. There are high expectations for this one, we all know Rockstar’s track record so if that’s anything to go by this is going to be one of the gaming highlights of 2012.

Man this game really is overshadowed by D3. It will affect it’s launch week sales and it’s sad.
I also find it strange that they are releasing it the very same week as D3? Even waiting another three weeks would help give them a chance for the D3 madness to die down a bit.Very strange move.
I absolutely cannot WAIT for this game. I agree that D3 seriously overshadows it, but we must remember that MP is in a completely different genre and also has a large fanbase. It could do with a little more marketing though.
