Rockstar have tweaked the hype machine a little more for the upcoming Max Payne 3, with the latest bit of info to issue forth aimed at PC gamers. They have confirmed that Max Payne 3 will support DirectX 11, including tesselation, along with some other unspecified “advanced graphics options.“
That doesn’t mean that you need a beast of a machine to run Max’s latest outing. The PC specs have been revealed and are listed below.
- CPU: Intel Dual Core 2.4 GHZ - i7 3930K 6 Core x 3.06 GHZ / AMD Dual Core 2.6 GHZ – FX8150 8 Core x 3.6 GHZ
- RAM: 2GB – 16GB
- Video Card: 8600 GT 512MB – GeForce GTX 680 2GB / HD 3400 512MB - HD 7970 3GB
- HDD: 35GB
There will also be pre-order bonus content available comprising some of the Special Edition content (The Classic Multiplayer Character Pack and Disorderly Conduct Multiplayer Weapons Pack specifically), but whether this will be local is unknown at this time.
