Sennheiser has launched two sets of gaming headsets specifically designed for use with the Xbox 360. The Sennheiser X 320 and X2 are the first Xbox 360 products made by the German company. The X 320 features Sennheiser’s amplified stereo sound, a noise-canceling microphone and dual volume control to allow independent adjustment of game audio and player chatter. The microphone features an automatic mute control which is activated by simply raising the microphone boom.
The X2 is a single ear headset, like the Xbox 360 headset, and is designed to deliver improved quality over the standard Xbox 360 headset yet still maintain an affordable price tag. The X2 also features a noise cancelling microphone. The X 320 is priced at $150 (R1,254) and the X 2 has a price tag of $20(R250).
