The CD Projekt 2011 Fall Conference is happening today and one of the highlights will be the unveiling of gameplay footage for The Witcher 2 2.0 update. The free update looks to radically change the game, adding in new play modes, another difficulty setting and a bunch of other tweaks.
The developers will present new features to be introduced in this major update for one of the most acclaimed role playing games of this year. New gameplay shown during conference will consist of the totally new Tutorial system, new “Dark Mode” difficulty level, and the arcade style Arena Mode (Be sure to watch this segment to see the new opponent that’s being introduced to the game with version 2.0!).
In addition to PC version 2.0, developers will show gameplay from the Xbox 360 version and reveal one of the new features introduced to the game especially for the Xbox 360 platform.
And you can watch it live on Ustream, if you and you bandwidth are up to it. The streaming starts here at 16:00 or 16:15 GMT (the press release and the streaming channel disagree on this) so that is… about 18:00 or 18:15 local time, unless my mathematics is horribly off (which it usually is).
